Whether we are issuing your semester ticket or your degree certificate, we require your current personal data. If the personal data we have on file for you is not correct, your documents will not be correct either. Your registrations will also contain false information. To ensure that everything remains up to date, inform us of changes to your personal data.

You can easily change your personal data in your password-protected JOGU-StINe account.

You can change your contact details (address, telephone numbers, personal email address) online. To do this, open JOGU-StINe and go to Service > Personal details.

Changes to your core personal data (first name, last name, gender, and nationality), require the submission of an electronic request in JOGU-StINe with corresponding verification of the change. To do this, open JOGU-StINe and go to Service > Applications > Online applications.

You can find the online request form for changing your core personal data in JOGU-StINe under Service > Applications > Online applications.

In the form, provide all personal data that you would like to have corrected or changed. Finally, upload your verifying documents as part of the form. The following are accepted as valid forms of verification:

  • official identification document (e.g. government-issued ID card)
  • marriage certificate
  • divorce certificate
  • adoption certificate
  • dgti supplementary identity card

You can submit the form once all of the information has been filled out.

We will update your personal data in our system once we have received your electronic request for a change in core personal data along with the required verifying documentation. Right after the change has been completed, new semester enrollment certificates will be made available online. We will notify you of this via email.
